This machine is operated by one person. The operator is on the end of the host, and can control the operation programs such as starting, working, and stopping of the host. He can also control the end of the follower to cooperate with the host, control the forward or backward movement of the follower car to adapt to the length of the aluminum profile, and clamp the profile for straightening by the operator on the edge of the host. In the normal straightening process, the clamping force is automatically achieved by the jaws, that is, the greater the tension, the greater the clamping force, and it will not loosen halfway. After the profile is straightened, the piston rod stops moving forward, and the jaws can be released with a small external force to complete the straightening process. The main and rear jaws can be raised and lowered, and the lowest position is convenient for feeding. The raised position leaves the bridge support beam, and the aluminum material will not be scratched during straightening; The front jaw is controlled by a PLC touch screen and can simulate setting and adjust the pulling force of the straightening machine
