The aluminum extrusion machine is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical part, hydraulic part, and electrical part. The mechanical part includes the base, guide column, front crossbeam plate, rear crossbeam plate, insulation seat, scissor seat, mold seat, upper and lower guide rail plates, mechanical arm ingot feeding device, extrusion rod seat, extrusion rod and other components. The hydraulic system consists of a master cylinder, a secondary cylinder, a locking cylinder, a mold seat cylinder, a plunger pump, a vane pump, a valve plate, valves, oil pipes, oil tanks, and various hydraulic switches. The electrical part mainly consists of a power supply cabinet, an operation console, a PLC programmable controller, an AC contactor, a display screen, etc
