The film sticking machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Unwinding device: used to store the film material to be bonded and achieve continuous unwinding through motor drive.
2. Correction system: Ensure that the film material runs in a straight line during transportation to avoid deviation affecting the bonding effect.
3. Gluing/Heating Device (if necessary): This device is responsible for completing the relevant processes for film materials that require gluing or heating for bonding.
4. Bonding platform: carries the material to be bonded and precisely aligns and adheres with the film material.
5. Pressure roller/cutting device: The pressure roller applies pressure to tightly bond the film material with the material being bonded, while the cutting blade is responsible for cutting off excess film material.
6. Rolling device: Roll up the already bonded material for subsequent processing or use.
7. Control system: including PLC, touch screen, etc., responsible for the operation control and parameter setting of the entire equipment.
The working process of the film sticking machine is roughly as follows:
1. Startup and initialization: After connecting the power, the control system performs initialization operations and checks whether the status of each component is normal.
2. Film unwinding and correction: The unwinding device starts working, and the film material is released from the storage rack. After adjustment by the correction system, it ensures that the film material advances in a straight line along the predetermined path.
3. Gluing/Heating Treatment (if applicable): If the film material requires gluing or heating treatment, the gluing/heating device will perform the corresponding operation according to the set program.
4. Material positioning and alignment: The laminated material is placed on the laminating platform, and the position information is detected by sensors. The control system adjusts the relative position of the film material and the laminated material based on the detection results to achieve precise alignment.
5. Bonding and compaction: When the film material is aligned with the material being bonded, the pressure roller starts to press down and roll, tightly bonding the film material to the material being bonded. Meanwhile, the control system can adjust the pressure and speed of the pressure roller as needed.
6. Cutting and rewinding: After the bonding is completed, the cutting device automatically cuts off excess film material, and the rewinding device rolls up the already bonded material.
7. Shutdown and Reset: After completing all tasks, the control system issues a shutdown command, and all components return to their initial positions, waiting for the next operation.
